Megathlon offers a comprehensive suite of triathlon training programs tailored for various distances, including half-sprint, sprint, Olympic, half-Ironman, and Ironman, as well as different training levels ranging from easy to advanced. In addition, duathlon and aquathlon training programs are available in sprint and Olympic distances for both easy and advanced levels. These programs are designed as templates, allowing users to create customized training plans that meet their specific needs while providing the ability to track actual performance against planned metrics.

The platform features fully customizable triathlon training plans. Users can manipulate their created plans by adding, deleting, copying, and moving training activities within a given week. It also includes functions for generating plan summary reports and the option to email ongoing plans. Moreover, users can export daily training plans directly to their calendars.

Megathlon is adaptable for both metric (km/meters) and imperial (miles/yards) measurements. It is equipped with a variety of supporting tools, including a heart rate zones calculator, a plan exporter, a race checklist, and a weight tracker. Additionally, the Training Fatigue Calculator can project current capabilities over longer distances, enabling users to analyze performance results and export them for further analysis or emailing.

While some templates and tools within Megathlon are offered free of charge, others are available for purchase through the in-app store. A preview option is also provided for prospective users to assess training programs and tools before committing.

The following training programs are offered at no cost: Half Sprint Triathlon (Easy), Half Sprint Off-Season (Easy), Sprint Triathlon (Easy), Sprint Duathlon (Easy), and Sprint Aquathlon (Easy). Additionally, several essential tools such as the heart rate zones calculator and various trackers are available free of charge. Other offerings can be accessed via in-app purchases.

Megathlon also promotes special offers: purchase two or more triathlon training programs to receive the 'Race Checklist' tool complimentary, or acquire three or more to obtain the 'Training Fatigue Calculator' at no extra cost.
